Where we work
Texas and nationwide. Remote, with on-site work where the engagement needs it.

A press release is an announcement asset, not a lead channel. It works when you have something verifiable to announce: a funding round, an acquisition, a new location, a product launch, a senior hire, a contract win. We write it, you approve it, and it goes out across a national wire network that syndicates to hundreds of news sites, including local affiliates of the major broadcast networks. What you get is a dated, third-party page about your company that you did not publish yourself. Sales can send it. A proposal can cite it. Your own site can host a copy. A new Texas location gives the local business press something dated to work from. What you do not get is editorial coverage or a shortcut to rankings, and we say that before you spend anything. Syndication is automatic. A reporter deciding your news matters is not. Links inside syndicated releases are nofollow almost without exception, so nobody should sell you a release as a link-building program. Pricing is per release. No retainer, no minimum volume, no schedule to fill with manufactured news. When you have something to announce, we run it. When you do not, we say so.

What it changes

Why companies buy press release distribution

A Reference Buyers Can Check

Every claim on your own website is yours. A dated release hosted somewhere else is something a salesperson can send, a proposal can cite, and a skeptical buyer can verify without taking your word for it.

News That Ships While It Is Still News

Most announcements die as a draft nobody owns. Fixed scope, fixed price, about a week from the first call to the wire. The funding round, the new location, the contract win goes public while it still matters.

Corroboration, Not Ranking Claims

Syndicated releases put consistent, dated descriptions of your company name, location and offering on sites other than your own. That supports branded search and how answer engines describe you. It is a support effect, and we will not dress it up as a ranking lever.

Reporting Without Inflated Reach

You get the list of live placements, the referral traffic they send, and any movement in branded search. You will not get a slide about potential audience size, because that figure counts syndication feeds, not readers.

Process

How our press release distribution engagements run

  1. 01Angle and Fact Check Day 1We start with whether the news clears the bar. A short call with whoever knows it best, then we check the specifics against your documents: the signed contract, the award letter, the permit. If the angle does not hold up, we say so before anything is written.
  2. 02Drafting Days 2 to 3A writer drafts the release in AP style: headline, subhead, lead, body, quotes and boilerplate. The headline is written for how the announcement will actually be searched, not for internal preference. Every fact stays traceable to the documents you gave us.
  3. 03Review and Approval Days 4 to 5You mark changes and we revise. Quotes go to the named executive for sign-off. Nothing is distributed until one person on your side approves the final text in writing, which is what keeps legal review short.
  4. 04Distribution and Reporting Day 6 onwardThe release goes out across the wire network on the date you choose. A few days later you get the placement list with live links, plus referral traffic and any branded search movement visible in your analytics.

Questions

Press Release: frequently asked questions

What is a press release actually good for?

Announcing a specific, verifiable event to people who will never see your ads. Funding rounds, acquisitions, launches, senior hires, contract wins, a new location. The release gives that news a permanent, dated home off your own domain, which is what makes it useful in a sales conversation six months later.

Are the placements guaranteed?

No, and treat anyone who guarantees them as a warning sign. Wire syndication is automatic: the release posts across the network's affiliate sites and we send you the list of live links. Editorial pickup, meaning a reporter reads it and writes their own story, is not something any agency can promise.

Do press releases help our SEO?

Indirectly, and not through links. Syndicated release links are nofollow almost without exception, so they pass no ranking authority and we will not price them as if they do. The real effect is corroboration: consistent, dated third-party references to your company name, location and offering, which supports branded search.

Can we use "As Seen On" network logos on our website?

We advise against it. Appearing in a broadcast affiliate's syndicated news feed is not an endorsement by that network, and the logos are trademarks you have no license to use. The honest version converts better anyway: link to the live placement, quote the headline, show the date. Your attorney has the final word.

What do you need from us?

Less than an hour of your time. One call with whoever knows the news best, the documents that verify the facts, and one named person with authority to approve the final draft. Slow approval is the only thing that reliably moves the distribution date, so name that person on day one.

How often should we send one?

Only when something real has happened. Some companies have quarterly news; most have two or three genuine announcements a year. Manufactured releases teach journalists and your own audience to ignore you, and they cost the same as the ones that matter. If an idea is not worth the fee, we will say so.
