Who we are
Monastic Marketing is a digital marketing agency operating as a service-area business in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Texas. We do not publish a street address. You can reach us at team@bemonastic.com or (972) 366-4899.
What this website collects
If you submit the contact form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, your indicated budget range, and whatever you write in the free-text field. Nothing on this form is collected without you typing it.
If you book a call, that booking is handled by an embedded third-party scheduling widget. Information you enter into the widget goes to that provider under their terms, not ours.
Like almost any website, our host records standard server request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL. We use this for security and to keep the site running, not to build a profile of you.
What we do with it
We use what you send us to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare in the United States, and may be forwarded to our own email or CRM so that a person sees them. Our website and its assets are served by Cloudflare.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as there is a live commercial conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email team@bemonastic.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — including, for Texas residents, rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will honour those requests regardless of whether they are legally required in your case.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
